These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from Dee’s Jewelry and Resin through deesjewelryandresin.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell costume jewelry and handmade or resin products. Because items may be handmade, made in small batches, or photographed under different lighting, slight variations in color, shape, size, finish, or pattern may occur. These variations are part of the product’s character and are not necessarily defects.

Product descriptions and photographs are provided as accurately as possible. Please review the listing details before ordering and contact us with questions.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Dee’s Jewelry and Resin. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a listing contains a significant error, or we are unable to process payment. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payment is due at checkout. We do not consider an order confirmed until payment has been received.

3. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. Currency and may change without notice. Any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges will be displayed at checkout or are the buyer’s responsibility, as applicable.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to all locations. Processing times are listed in each product listing or at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Dee’s Jewelry and Resin is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address or carrier issues after the order has been shipped. Please contact us promptly if a package appears lost or arrives damaged so we can review the issue.

5. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Our return and exchange policy is: Dee’s Jewelry and Resin must be notified within Ten (10) days of delivery of any issues with product received.

To request a return, exchange, or cancellation, contact us at deesjewelryandresin.com with your order number. Items must be returned in Good Unused Condition and packaged securely. No returns on Special Order items unless product is damaged. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Personalized, custom-made, clearance, or otherwise marked final-sale items are not returnable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

6. Jewelry and resin product care

Please handle jewelry and resin products with care. Unless a listing says otherwise, keep them away from water, perfumes, chemicals, heat, and prolonged direct sunlight. Store jewelry in a dry place and avoid pulling, bending, or placing heavy pressure on pieces.

Resin items may have small bubbles, surface variations, or other minor differences from one piece to another. Follow any care or safety instructions included with the product.

7. Product use and safety

Our products are sold for their described purpose. Jewelry and decorative resin products are not toys or food. Keep small parts away from young children and pets. Do not ingest resin products. If a product is damaged, stop using it.

8. Intellectual property

All original product photos, designs, text, and branding on our shop are owned by Dee’s Jewelry and Resin, or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dee’s Jewelry and Resin is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of our shop or products. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

10. Privacy

We use customer information to process orders, provide customer service, and meet legal obligations. Our privacy practices are described in our [Privacy Policy or Sales Platform Privacy Notice].

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version posted when you place your order will apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
